Ms Lili Pan achieved her LEED AP credential at 2008, and since then has been committed to the development of green buildings. She has provided green building consultant services for more than 30 LEED / BEAM projects, including several landmark buildings in east asia. Her diligent and commitment to green build is appreciated by U.S. Green Building Council. In 2011, she became the sole representative in Greater China to attend the USGBC mid-year meeting with honor of Emerging Professional. And in 2013, she became LEED International Round Table members, on behalf of the Hong Kong region, and received 'LEED in Motion' interviews hold by USGBC.

Ms Lili Pan holds a Bachelor Degree of Engineering in Zhejiang University, and a master's degree in Engineering in the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. In 2010, she joined Cardiff University, Architecture School, Architecture Science research Group starting her part-time PhD, with research content of building lifecycle energy performance quality assurance process, including energy modeling, building commissioning, measurement and verification, under the guidance of Professor Phil Jones, Head of Architecture School. Ms Lili Pan is one of the founding members of Platinum (PLATINUM) LEED professionals consortium group with MOU from U.S. Green Building Council for Greater China, and currently services as Chair of Education Programs Committee. She has provided LEED training for Platinum society and ASHRAE Society, Hong Kong branch.

Siu-Lam Li began his career in 1982 and has held positions with a number of world class international companies, including Honeywell in Hong Kong and that of executive officer with a publicly listed Canadian company. He worked in various positions as the Director of Building Efficiency, for Johnson Controls Asia. Ir Li has extensive knowledge and experience in technical design and project executions in building services, environmental & energy efficiency systems, financial capitalizations on venture businesses for building benchmarks and solutions as well as held different tenures in a number of professional organizations in Hong Kong and Mainland China, North America and Asia, etc.

Li holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) with Distinction from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from University of East Asia in Macau of China. He is also a LEED AP BD +C, a Chartered Engineer (CEng, UK), a Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv, UK) a Fellow Member of the HKIE (FHKIE), a Fellow Member of SOE and IPlantE, a Fellow Member of InstMC, UK, a Fellow of the AIIB (FAIIB), and corporate members for IET, CIBSE, IFMA, etc, and a Registered Professional Engineer (RPE, HK), Senior Member of China Mechanical Engineer Society and Certified Senior Mechanical Engineer in PRC, etc.

Li is the one of the founders and Chairman of Platinum: LEED professional consortium group with MOU from U.S. Green Building Council for Greater China. He is currently the President of The Society of Operations Engineers (SOE) of Hong Kong Region and is the Past Chairman and Past Council Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) for Controls, Automation & Instrumentation Division, and is the current Chairman of Institute of Measurement & Control, Hong Kong Branch as well as the Council Member of the Institute in UK. He has been an active member of the Hong Kong Chapter of American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). He is currently the Governor & the Past President of ASHRAE Hong Kong Chapter. He is also the Deputy Chairman of Informatics and Control Technologies (ICT) Section of The Institution of Engineering & Technology (IET), Hong Kong Branch. He is also the founder and Council Vice Chair of Asian Institute of Intelligent Buildings (AIIB) and has been serving different advisory roles to the Building Services Departments of Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Institution of Vocational Education (IVE), and a Taskforce Member of Mandatory Building Energy Code for the HKSAR Government’s EMSD Department.
